Nationwide has entered a partnership with D&H Distributing to provide its dealer members with computer products from HP, Lenovo and Toshiba.
Considering that today’s consumer is shopping for the best value possible, the distributor has created a number of special pricing packages and product bundles for Nationwide dealers, Jeff Davis, D&H’s senior vice president of sales, said at the buying group’s PrimeTime! dealer and vendor convention this week in Dallas. Nationwide’s substantial rent-to-own channel is also a big market for the new line of computer products.
The deal is beneficial to D&H since it gives the distributor access to Nationwide’s 3,000 retailers and about 10,000 storefronts, Davis said. On the other hand, the refresh on technology products is a lot faster than that of other types of electronics, appliances and furniture, giving consumers a reason to visit the retailers more often.
