As you might be already be aware Netflix for Android doesn’t work on Android Honeycomb tablets, or at least they’re not supposed to work on them. Well the U.S. based ASUS Eee Pad Transformers might be getting access to the application soon.
On the ASUS Eee Pad Transformer specifications page posted on eee.asus.com one of the features listed is Special App, basically a list of pre-installed apps for the Transformer, and an app listed as a Special App is Netflix(US only). The inclusion of Netflix is something new for the Transformer. However that’s not all other new apps on the list that ASUS isn’t shipping pre-installed on Transformers now are Kindle, Zinio Magazine, PressReader and Polaris Office.
